Emblems and talents

Your emblem is three decisions, and the third one usually matters more than the first two combined. Here is every set, every talent, and what each is actually for.

Each emblem set carries its own talents: the emblem you equip sets the base stats and supplies the menu you choose from — three tiers, one pick per tier. Pick the emblem for its stat line, then pick talents for the problem you expect to have.

Emblem sets

Base stats before any talent is chosen.

Common icon

Common

The flexible, role-agnostic emblem set — it carries no built-in class bias, so any hero can equip it and choose from its own share of the talent pool, themed around adaptability rather than a single class fantasy. It's the default pick for hybrid-damage or off-meta heroes who don't fit neatly under one of the six role emblems, and for junglers who want Wilderness Blessing and Seasoned Hunter without sacrificing a role-specific stat line.

  • +12 Hybrid Regen
  • +275 HP
  • +22 Adaptive Attack

8 themed talents

Tank icon

Tank

Built around raw HP and damage mitigation, the Tank emblem turns frontline heroes into harder-to-kill initiators. It's the standard pick for any hero whose job is to walk into the enemy team first and survive whatever comes back.

  • +500 HP
  • +10 Hybrid DEF
  • +4 HP Regen

3 themed talents

Assassin icon

Assassin

Tuned for burst and single-target execution, the Assassin emblem rewards heroes who isolate one target and kill it before the rest of the fight can respond. Jungle assassins and burst-reliant fighters both lean on it.

  • +14 Adaptive PEN
  • +10 Adaptive Attack
  • +3% Movement Speed

3 themed talents

Mage icon

Mage

Focused on cooldown uptime and burn damage, the Mage emblem keeps skill-dependent heroes casting more often and finishes off targets who survive the initial burst. Mid-lane mages and skill-combo fighters both take it.

  • +30 Magic Power
  • +5% Cooldown Reduction
  • +8 Magic PEN

3 themed talents

Fighter icon

Fighter

Balances defense and sustain, giving Fighters the durability to stay in extended trades and outlast a duel rather than win it in a single burst window. The default emblem for EXP-lane bruisers.

  • +10% Spell Vamp
  • +22 Adaptive Attack
  • +6 Hybrid DEF

3 themed talents

Support icon

Support

Built around mobility and enabling teammates rather than personal damage, the Support emblem keeps a Roamer in position to peel, follow, and set up kills. Nearly every dedicated Tank or Support roam pick runs it.

  • +12% Healing Effect
  • +10% Cooldown Reduction
  • +6% Movement Speed

3 themed talents

Marksman icon

Marksman

Amplifies basic-attack output across the board — crit stats, item scaling, and attack-speed disruption — making it the near-universal choice for hyper carries whose damage comes from auto-attacking rather than skills.

  • +15% Attack Speed
  • +16 Adaptive Attack
  • +5% Lifesteal

3 themed talents

The talent pool

Grouped by tier, with the role each one suits.

1Small, always-on stats

  • Thrill icon

    Thrill

    hybrid damageflex pick

+16 Adaptive Attack, which converts automatically into Physical Attack or Magic Power depending on whichever stat the hero already scales harder with. The default Tier 1 pick for hybrid-damage or off-meta heroes who don't want to commit to a role-locked stat line.

  • Swift icon

    Swift

    basic attackjungleon-hit

+10% Attack Speed, useful on any hero whose kit leans on basic attacks even outside the Marksman role — jungle Fighters and on-hit Assassins in particular.

  • Vitality icon

    Vitality

    tankroamfrontline

+225 Max HP, flat and unconditional — pure survivability with no trigger attached, the baseline reason Tanks run this emblem.

  • Rupture icon

    Rupture

    assassinburst

+5 Adaptive Penetration, converting to Physical or Magic Penetration depending on the hero's dominant damage type — flat burst-damage scaling from level one.

  • Inspire icon

    Inspire

    magemid lane

+5% Cooldown Reduction — not to be confused with the Inspire battle spell — letting a mage recast its combo more often per fight, the single most valuable stat for a kit built around chaining skills.

  • Firmness icon

    Firmness

    fighterexp lane

+6 Physical and Magic Defense — flat mitigation against both damage types, useful since Fighters are frequently the focus of mixed-damage dive comps.

  • Agility icon

    Agility

    supportroam

+4% Movement Speed, a flat repositioning boost that helps a Roamer keep pace with the carry they're protecting or reach a fight before it's already decided.

  • Fatal icon

    Fatal

    marksmancrit build

+5% Critical Chance and +10% Critical Damage, stacking directly with crit items like Berserker's Fury to raise a Marksman's damage ceiling from level one.

2Situational modifiers

  • Wilderness Blessing icon

    Wilderness Blessing

    jungleearly rotation

+10% Movement Speed while in the jungle or river, halved once in combat with an enemy hero, Lord, or Turtle. Built for junglers who spend the early game rotating between camps and river skirmishes.

  • Seasoned Hunter icon

    Seasoned Hunter

    jungleobjective control

+15% damage dealt to Lord and Turtle, halved against regular jungle creeps and not applied to the Retribution battle spell itself. Standard pick for any hero contesting or securing objectives solo.

  • Tenacity icon

    Tenacity

    tanksustained frontline

Below 50% HP, gain +15 Physical and Magic Defense. Turns a tank's low-HP window — normally its most dangerous moment — into a temporarily tankier one, buying time for teammates to peel or follow up.

  • Master Assassin icon

    Master Assassin

    assassinpick comp

When only one enemy hero is nearby, damage dealt to them increases by 7%. Punishes isolated targets specifically, rewarding the pick-based playstyle Assassins are built around.

  • Bargain Hunter icon

    Bargain Hunter

    mageeconomy

Equipment can be purchased at 95% of its base price. A quiet gold-efficiency talent that lets mana-hungry mages complete their core items slightly earlier.

  • Festival of Blood icon

    Festival of Blood

    fightersustainduelist

+6% Spell Vamp, plus 0.5% more per hero kill or assist, up to 8 stacks — roughly 10% at max stacks. Turns a Fighter's skill damage into sustain that snowballs the longer a fight goes their way.

  • Pull Yourself Together icon

    Pull Yourself Together

    supportroamutility

Reduces the cooldown of the hero's battle spell and equipment active skills by 15%. Since supports lean heavily on spells like Flicker, Aegis, or roam-item actives to peel, faster uptime on those is a direct utility gain.

  • Weapons Master icon

    Weapons Master

    marksmanlate game

Amplifies the attack stats granted by every equipped item by 5%. A flat late-game damage multiplier that scales with however many items the Marksman has already bought.

3The one that changes how you play

  • Impure Rage icon

    Impure Rage

    pokeanti-tankmana sustain

Skills deal an extra 4% of the target's max HP as Adaptive Damage and restore Mana on hit — scaling burst that stays relevant into the late game against high-HP targets.

  • Quantum Charge icon

    Quantum Charge

    exp lanemarksmankiting

Basic attacks grant 30% Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds and restore 75–180 HP, scaling with level, on an 8-second internal cooldown. A kiting and sustain tool for basic-attack-reliant EXP laners and Marksmen more than a healing talent.

  • War Cry icon

    War Cry

    sustained damageteamfight

Landing three separate Basic Attacks or skill hits on enemy heroes increases all damage dealt by 8% for 6 seconds. Rewards heroes who can chain multiple instances of damage onto the same fight.

  • Temporal Reign icon

    Temporal Reign

    cooldown reliantmagefighter

Casting the ultimate cuts down the remaining cooldowns of the hero's other active skills, letting cooldown-hungry heroes chain their kit again shortly after the ultimate comes up.

  • Concussive Blast icon

    Concussive Blast

    tankinitiatorwave clear

On skill cast, deal 100 (+7% Max HP) Magic Damage to nearby enemies. Because it scales off the tank's own max HP rather than a damage stat, it lets pure-defense builds still contribute poke and wave clear.

  • Killing Spree icon

    Killing Spree

    assassinsnowballjungle

On a hero kill, instantly restore 15% max HP and gain 20% Movement Speed for 3 seconds. Lets an Assassin who lands a kill immediately chase down the next target or disengage instead of resetting to full risk.

  • Lethal Ignition icon

    Lethal Ignition

    mageburstpoke

After dealing damage equal to 7% of a target's max HP three times within 5 seconds, ignite them for 162–750 Adaptive Damage, scaling with level. Turns a mage's normal poke rotation into a delayed execute against targets who don't disengage fast enough.

  • Brave Smite icon

    Brave Smite

    fighterbrawler

Dealing skill damage to an enemy hero restores 5% max HP. Straightforward healing that scales with how aggressively the Fighter lands skills in a fight, rewarding all-in trades.

  • Focusing Mark icon

    Focusing Mark

    supportengageteamfight

Damaging an enemy hero with a skill grants nearby allies 6% extra damage dealt for 2 seconds. Turns a support's poke or engage skill into a temporary team-wide damage buff, rewarding coordinated follow-up.

  • Weakness Finder icon

    Weakness Finder

    marksmankitinganti-dive

Basic attacks slow the target and reduce their Attack Speed, denying a kited target's ability to fight back or a chasing melee hero's attack tempo. Turns a Marksman's normal auto-attacks into soft crowd control.
