Minotaur — hero art from Mobile Legends: Bang Bang

Minotaur

STier

Enraged Tank whose triple ground-smash ultimate is immune to crowd control

TankSupportRoamDeals physical

Minotaur is a Tank-Support built around Rage Incarnate's Hybrid Defense shifts — shredding enemies he controls and buffing allies he heals — before entering an Enraged state with Minoan Fury, a three-hit ultimate immune to crowd control that closes with true damage and a knockup. Despair Stomp and Motivation Roar both scale up in Enraged state for bigger AoE control and healing.

Strengths

  • Minoan Fury is Control Immune for its full duration, letting him engage through incoming CC
  • Rage Incarnate shreds enemy Hybrid Defense on control and buffs allies on heal, a rare dual effect
  • Enraged state enhances Despair Stomp's knockup range and Motivation Roar's healing simultaneously
  • Minoan Fury's final hit deals True Damage and knocks up, ignoring stacked physical or magic defense

Weaknesses

  • Low personal damage outside Minoan Fury's true-damage finisher, relying on teammates to punish
  • Despair Stomp is a targeted jump with a real cast delay, giving alert enemies time to reposition
  • Minoan Fury's 60-second cooldown means a whiffed ultimate leaves him without his main engage for a while
  • Limited personal mobility outside Despair Stomp's short jump, making it hard to chase kited targets

Skills

Level Despair Stomp first for the knockup and slow, max Motivation Roar second for sustain, and take Minoan Fury at 4, 8 and 12.

Playing Minotaur well

  1. 1

Save Minoan Fury to force through an incoming stun or burst combo rather than as a pure opener

  2. 2

Use Despair Stomp to knock a priority target airborne before your team's follow-up burst lands

  3. 3

Heal with Motivation Roar before a fight starts to pre-buff allies with Rage Incarnate's Hybrid Defense

  4. 4

Chain Despair Stomp into Minoan Fury during Enraged state for back-to-back AoE control on the same group

Minotaur — common questions
